Can items be returned if it is not what I expected or does not fit right?
We will accept returns on any item, no questions asked, within seven days of item receipt ONLY, please email us with your order number and the item number you would like to return. Refunds will be issued apr. 48 hours after we recieve the item back.
Please note that $10.00 shipping costs will be deducted from all returns.
Sterling Silver Collection.
Why are the sterling silver pieces platinum coated? Platinum is the most
expensive metal on the market, much more rare than gold. Platinum is hypo
allergenic and unlike plain silver it will never fade or tarnish. Our sterling silver collection is platinum coated so that you get the all
of its qualities without the high price tag.
Are the rings resizable? All rings in the platinum/sterling silver
collection can be resized only by a jeweler who specializes in sterling silver. We do not resize any items.
10/14k Gold Collection.
Gold rings can be resized at your local jeweler, again we do not resize.
Stones.
What is the difference in genuine/lab created/synthetic as listed in
different items? Simulated/synthetic stones are imitations of genuine stones
usually made of czÂs and or crystals. Our simulated stones are made of high
quality products and cut with perfection to mimic the natural stone. In fact our
customers claim that unless told most people will not notice the difference.
Lab created stones a man made gemstone that has the same
optical-physical-gemological properties as its natural counterpart. High quality
lab created stones are the same as natural ones except that they are not mined
just lab grown, people who do not know gemstones well will never know the
difference.
Natural stones are the most valuable and as such the most expensive.
Mined, not made, natural gemstones are priced based on rarity of stone, color
(if enhanced) etc. Again all of our stones are of the highest quality in their
category.
Can I purchase items listed as sets separately? Many of the items
listed as sets are also sold separately in there respective categories. If the
item is not listed under a specific category please contact us and we will try
to get you the specific item.
Can I have the ring with a different stone? In most cases we have in
stock only the items as listed. All items in the 10k gold category can be
ordered to your specifications. For other items contact us and we will try our
best to help.
Gift box
Does the jewelry come in a gift box? All of our jewelry is sent in a
beautiful gift box perfect for gift giving.
Does the watch have a warranty? All of our watches come with a
manufacturers warranty and come in original gift box.
